We're excited to share the 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 of our recent mindfulness workshop with 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐠𝐡! Over three enlightening weeks, students explored the ancient practices of sound and 𝐯𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. Hima’s unique 𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐚, drawn from her extensive experience in both fields, has truly enriched our 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.
