We at DWPS,VGI campus, Dadri celebrated “World Science Day” with great zeal and joy. Based on theme of using ‘Basics science for sustainable development’ the idea was to promote sustainable development by demonstrating simple techniques derived from daily routine. Both teachers and students of each grade showcased some pretty amazing techniques as mentioned below:

• In grade 3 Teacher has conducted an activity based Air Pressure access their learning and make them more aware about the  natural ecosystem.
• Grade 4  indulged in an activity demonstrating Plant life & pasting types of leaves 
• Grade 5 teacher and students conducted an activity comprising of a Quiz on topic living & non living things and also on natural & man made resources
• Grade 6 conducted an experiment based on Reflection of light to understand its behaviour on contact to surface
• Grade 7 has conducted two activities on Density of water and path of light respectively
• Grade 8 conducted an experiment on Electrolysis & displayed a short film on biography of Marie Curie to the students
• Grade 9 conducted experiment to understand Refraction & Reflection of Light
• Grade 10 : activity to understand formation of CO2
