Delhi World Public School, Dadri organised a Literary Week from September 19th to 23rd with the students of grades 1st to 11th to foster love and appreciation for literature. The students engaged in versatile activities as a part of the celebrations. The literary week started with the meaning of "literary." The students experienced five days of diverse learning; they integrated language learning with the arts through "poster making," "bookmaking," "door decoration," etc. In these engagements, students conducted research and applied their knowledge in a variety of ways. A dedicated DEAR (Drop Everything and Read) time was added to the schedule, wherein the students selected a book to read from the library and expressed their comprehension of the text and illustrations on the narrative page. Senior students used graffiti to show their passion for the arts and literature.
